Change Master Template for PO Print with Adobe Designer

Hi sap,

I want to change the PO print template, I need to add some texts in the Master template. Like add a company name beneath the logo, and add some Legal provisions in one page.

My question is, I downloaded and open the master template with adobe designer, but I found 6 master pages: one empty master page,  Landscape_Factsheet,Landscape_ItemList,Portrait_Factsheet,Portrait_ItemList,Portrait_outboundLetter. So which one should I add the TEXTS? or all pages?

In SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, each master page in Adobe Forms controls a specific layout. If you want your company name or legal text to appear across the PO.

• Add the company name to each master page used (like Landscape, Portrait); otherwise, it won’t show on all pages.
• For legal provisions that appear once, create a separate master page and use conditional display (only on the last page).

Editing one master page won’t affect the others. Each is used independently based on form logic.

Hi Chuma, @Chuma Thank you, I set the company name successfully, but for the legal provisions page as you mentioned, do you know how to create a new master page and let it can be printed? I tried to created a master page, but it couldn't appear in PO print display.
