Change Mail Attachment Name for Billing Document

Hi Experts,

We have configured the output parameter determination APP to send an email to customers with the PDF file of the billing document.

We have also configured an email template to inform customers about the "Document Reference ID", which is the number that customers normally use.

We would like to change the name of the attached file and show the "Document Reference ID" field (FR10001000000059) instead of the "Billing Document" number field (90002178).

Do you have information about this topic?

Is there a way to change the name of the PDF file?

Hope you are doing fine.

As per my internal research with Email Output Management colleagues, current there is no option to change the automatically generated default PDF file name.

You can consider it sharing your business requirement through an Influence request.

As previously informed current there is no option to change the automatically generated default PDF file name.

You might consider raising a influence request or to vote in an existent idea if there is one.
