we have different personnel areas for different leave company policies How would I handle the situation?
As far i know, Utilize the field Take account of change of Work center/Basic pay under accrual period tab in table V_T559L.

Leave policy is differ based upon the PA/PSA. so you will differenciate at the PA/PSA grouping for time quota type then your base entitlement will be diffeneciate on tha PA/PSA grouping for time quotas and then generation rule also.

If you have different policies for different personnel areas, Group personnel subareas to different groupings.
Group the similar policies into one group to avoid manual work, make sure that company is not changing leave policies frequently.

Try to group the personnel sub areas with similar quotas and group them together.
