Hi Community,
We are using Manage Text in S/4HANA Public Cloud to manage the information displayed in the Footer of the master template. There we show multiple lines of text and we would like some of the text to be formatted in bold.
Is it possible to add html tags or other formatting options via the app Manage Text?
Thanks
Thomas

Hello Thomas,
if you are using adobe LiveCycle designer you can use the available tools to make Bold or any font as you like attached below but from the sap fiori app "Mange Texts " you can only configure the texts as a reference to be used in the designer
you can find in the red and green area on the screen shoot below
Good luck .....

Hello dear user,
And thank you for asking your question in the SAP Community blog.
In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, when using the “Manage Texts” app to control things like the footer text in the output form master template, text formatting (e.g., bold, italics, underline) depends on where the text is consumed and how the Adobe Form is set up - not just on the content entered in “Manage Texts.”
To answer directly your question : No, HTML tags are not interpreted or rendered in standard SmartForms or Adobe Forms. The text is stored as plain text (via SAPscript or SO10 text objects), and rich text formatting like <b> or <i> won’t work by default.
I hope this will help answer your question.
Best regards,
Jeremy
