Change fields PPOME (HCM) to be obrigatory

I need to change some fields in transaction PPOME to be obrigatory. Exemple the fields that I need to turn obrigatory:

Q1005-SLTYP
Q1005-SLREG

Q1005-SLGRP

Q1005-SLLV1

Q1008-BUKRS

And others fields...

How I can do this?
