Challenge in Assigning admin role to business user in Public Cloud S/4HANA

Hi,

I am facing challenge in assigning the admin role to business user in S/4HANA public cloud practical test in learning journey of (SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition). I am selecting mange business user tile but nothing is happening. could any one he

Hello,

Steps to Assign Admin Role:

  1. Access SAP Fiori Launchpad:

    • Ensure you are logged into the SAP Fiori Launchpad using appropriate credentials.
  2. Navigate to ‘Maintain Business Roles’:

  3. Create or Select Business Role:

    • If you haven’t created a business role for administrators yet, use the option ‘Create from Template’ to select a suitable template.
    • Choose, for instance, SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR as the template.
  4. Assign Users to Role:

    • Once the business role is created, navigate to the ‘Assigned Business Users’ tab.
    • Use the Add button to search and assign the business user you want to provide admin access to.
  5. Review Permission Settings:

    • Ensure that the permissions for Read, Write, and Value Help are set to Unrestricted, especially if creating a new role.
  6. Save Changes:

    • Once changes are made, save them to ensure the business user has been assigned the correct role.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Ensure Proper System Access: Verify that you have access to the test environment as required by your learning journey.
  • Check Authorization: Sometimes, issues might occur if the account you’re using doesn’t have the right permissions to make changes.
  • Re-login: Occasionally, a simple re-login to the SAP Fiori Launchpad can resolve issues if the interface isn’t responding.

If you cannot find the Maintain Business Users App, you may not have the proper roles. If you click on the app but the app does not open, it could be your system has errors. You may try in a different system.

Challenge is , I am not able to click on the manage business user tiles. I am doing this activity on practice system provide by SAP. Could you please suggest?
