Hi,
CATC is used to determine any inconsistencies in timesheet data.
These consistencies may include:
- Employee did not record timesheet for a period for which he/she has to
- Emplyee recorded less than normal hours
- Emplyee recorded more than normal hours
This report gives you the list of employees having timesheet inconsistencies.
If you select "Send mail" option, you can make the system send a warning e-mail to respective user names (via IT0105 subtype 0001).

Can you please let me know the "Send Mail" Option in detail.
The requirement is a mail has to be sent to the employees, who has booked less than the Target Hours in a Week in a particular Personnel Area.
1. Can I achieve this with the standard functionality of the Transaction Code, or Do I need to do take ABAPER help.
2. What are the pre-requisites for this, Example 0105, subtype 0001 is enough, or any other things required.
3. Please correct me If my understand is not correct -- Mail will be sent like, first system checks, Infotype 0105 - Subtype 0001 - User ID, and mail will be sent to the email id which is maintained under Communication Tab in SU01 for that particular user.
4. A mail will be sent to the Users SAP Inbox (SAP Business Workplace), OR mail will be sent to Both (as 3 & 4 points).
5. What are all the fileds that I have to select in CATC, transaction initial screen to achieve this requirement.

4. A mail will be sent to the Users SAP Inbox (SAP Business Workplace), OR mail will be sent to Both (as 3 & 4 points). - If outlook integration is done and if SU01 employee e-mail is maintained, e-mail would go both to SAP business workplace and outlook inbox.
