Cash pooling process in SAP Bydesign

I wanted to check if we can get more info on CASH POOLING Process in SAP Business Bydesign.

Cash Pooling process is not available in SAP Business Bydesign.

Currently considered this is a new requirement.

ByD Does nto support the cash pooling as a process.
However you can achieve this by

- Create the bank account (For cash pool) - with high minimum amount and overdraft limit
- create the bank statement
- Bank statement should then contain the pooling transaction.

For example :
Bank account 123 - Balance of 30.06.2024 is 100 USD
create the bank statement (Manually in step 3), with the other outgoing payment of 100 USD, allocate this payment to Specific GL account (Created for cash pool purpose) along with other payments / transaction created for the account.

or
Bank Account 123 - Balance as of 30.06.2023 is -200 USD
create the bank statement (Manually in step 3), with the other incoming payment of 200 USD, allocate this payment to Specific GL account (Created for cash pool purpose) along with other payments / transaction created for the account.

if its bank statement upload process, then the statement of the account should already include the transaction created for the cash pool purpose.

GL account that you use can be then used to track all the cash pool transactions.
