CAS7 Contract account customizing

Hi All,

I am looking to configure my custom function module in place of standard FM VKK_FICA_EVENT_DSAVE in DSAVE event in CAS7 transaction.

I copy the standard function group and create a custom FG and then copy the standard FM into custom FM.

When I configure the custom FM in item 10000 of DSAVE event, I am not getting any data in LOCAL_MEM structure. Though it populates correct data when changing or creating contract account when standard FM is there.

Requirement is - I need to trigger Idoc from this place -DSAVE event (When contract account is created or changed)

Any idea?

Is there any other configuration/setting required other than configuring the custom FM in item 10000 of event DSAVE in CAS7?

Hello Anil,

If you're using the custom FM of VKK_FICA_EVENT_DSAVE by deactivating the standard one in DSAVE, then you won't be automatically getting the data of LOCAL_MEM and LOCAL_MEM_OLD in the custom one. you need to call the standard program variable values in the beginning of the custom FM and then proceed further with your own logic.
