Capitalization of Asset From last AUC (Investment Measure) in the current fiscal year

Client want to capitalize the AUC to new Asset in the current fiscal year with following details

1. Fiscal year Jan to Dec
2. 2017 Asset Fiscal year closed
3. New Asset capitalization date should be July 2017
4. AUC asset are linked with Investment measure
5. Expired life of the deprecation should be adjusted in the current year.
