Hi Experts, how can I optimize capacity planning to avoid overloads and improve production efficiency? I'm trying to configure work center capacities and adjust shift patterns to balance workloads while ensuring on-time production orders.

Regarding Capacity Planning, it is useful tool to evaluate and enhanced production capacity of work centers for production planning. I would say without capacity planning we cannot achieve full optimization of PP module in SAP.
