Cannot open template project plan

Dear Community,

I have downloaded the project plan "S/4HANA Upgrades" from roadmap viewer.

Then, I tried to open the file for MS Project:

The file name: "SAP Activate Methodology for SAP S_4HANA Upgrades_for_msproject.xml"

If I open it, nothing appears in the MS project software. It is just empty.

Does anyone know what can be the issue?

It is an xml file. I don't think you can open it in MS Project. Try the Project Plan template document under Accelerators > Prepare > Project Plan Template.

Thanks, your suggestion has helped. At the other Activate methodologies, I opened the xml file with MS project. In this case, I think the file was corrupted or so.
