cannot get document details in SAP Business One mobile

Hi Experts,

We are encountering an intermittent issue when trying to open Sales Orders in SAP B1 mobile. Sometimes it works fine, but occasionally we receive the error below.

Has anyone experienced this before, or can you provide any insights into what might be causing it?

Does issue happen with all sales orders or with specific one ?

When issue occurs, can you see any error in B1if -> Monitoring -> Message log ?

This issue is not reported in latest version of SAP Business One so please confirm the version of SAP Business One you are using ?

Thank you for your response. The issue is occurring with the same Sales Order (SO) number. Sometimes we can open it, but other times we cannot.

When the issue happens, we do not see any specific error in the B1if -> Monitoring -> Message log. We are currently using SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA (10.00.190) FP 2202 (64-bit) - CCC, and this behavior has been observed in this version.

Please let us know if there are any further details or logs we should check.
