Cannot Download AdobeForm Template from SAP Business ByDesign

Hello,

One month ago everything was fine with our SAP Business ByDesing AdobeForm Templates.

Today I tried to download any template and it does not work. Once per every Web Browser (Chrome, Edge) I could download a ZIP file which proved to be empty. After that, no file is downloaded, not even after cleaning cache and cookies or closing browser. The green message "Template downloaded" shows, but there is no file.

Upload, however, functions.

Any similar experiences?

Hi EdT, unfortunately not. We were able however to get the files in an alternative way so we could work it around. Upload, as I wrote already, functions. Igor

Hello,

when you download the template, it downloads the ZIP file. You can extract the ZIP file and look for file with extension .xdp. 
If the ZIP file is empty then there could be different reason.
1) If you are trying to download the form template created by Cloud Application studio, then it may not be possible to do so directly from UI using Business users.
2) if its a standard form, Raise an incident to SAP.

Hi Harshal, Thanks for your reply. As I wrote, the ZIP file was completely empty (0 Bytes), and that was only once. Afterwards, nothing happens - no file download. To address your points: 1) I worked with the form a month ago with no problems - I made multiple down and uploads with changing the form meanhwile with Adobe LiveCycle Designer. I did not use Cloud Application Studio. Your point 2) makes sense. Thanks, Igor
