HI Everyone,
Good day! We need help.
We have an open sales order and we wanted to delete one of the rows. However, when we do right click there is no "Delete Row" option. Our user is a "superuser" and the related invoice of the sales order was already canceled.
In our other sales orders where related invoices are also canceled, we can delete row.
What could be the possible reason why there is no delete row option?
