Cannot choose target stock in Transfer Stock - Cross Plant app (S4HANA cloud, public edition)

Hi expert,

I am using partner demo customizing tenant of SAP S4HANA cloud, public edition.
I cannot choose target stock in Transfer Stock - Cross Plant app. Are there any configurations I need to set? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you. I can find SSCUI 100297 in my CBC. But I received this message when I clicked "Automatic Account Determination".
After closing this window, I was brought to the home page of the customizing tenant.
But I couldn't find F1273 app even after I added the following business roles and assigned them to my user.

I found the resolution to the Error "Calling UI5 transaction F1273 in web browser".
3251919 - UI5 web browser error appears during configuration in CBC - SAP for Me
