cannot change ABAP program

This standard ABAP I cannot change even I change mode, Pls advise.

So, you want to change the standard.

You have the buttons "Replace" and "Delete".

With S/4HANA, you are authorized to change the standard WITHOUT a modification key.

With ECC, you are authorized to change the standard ONLY WITH a modification key.
