Cannot Cancel manuel Reconciliation SAP B1

Hello

Im facing a problem.

i cannot cancel manual reconciliation , the "cancel reconciliation" button is grayed out , i dont know why ? (Manage Previous Internal Reconciliations)

I was thinking that maybe if i reopen locked period (31.12.2018) , it will accept , but nothing

2019 is in "Closing period" , not locked .

We have SAP B1 9.3 PL05 .

Do you know how to fix that ?

Check SAP Note 2081725, Usage Issues > Reason 7 for the issue being faced.

Hi, I followed the steps as they were mentioned, but my reconciliation document doesn't include any of them. What should I do next?
