Cannot archive a Batch Record

Hi,

I'm trying to do de UD for an Inspectio lot but the system doesn't allow me because I need to approve the batch record first but when I try to archive the batch record (via COEBR) to be able to approve the batch record the system displays the following errors:

- Inspection lot XXXXXXXXX does not have status "Lot locked for batch record" (LOLK)

- Inspection lot XXXXXXXXX does not have status "All inspections completed" (ICCO)

But when I try to set the lock for bathc record via UD, the system does not allow me because "no status set to permit it".

Could you help me?

Hello OCS

You try doing below steps-

1. Perform UD for the inspection lot

2. From the Menu UD Functions, set the Block for Batch record

I tryed too but the system does not allow that because ""Set lock for Batch Record" is not allowed (INL XXXXXXX)".

Please follow the SAP note 152549 and check if this is useful.

Also as per my understanding, you need to put TECO to the production order / process order to set the status LOLK/ICCO. You can't simply do it otherwise form inspection lot, as there is interlink between PP-QM modules.
