Cannot Adapt UI for Task List Maintenance

Dear Experts,

We have requirement for adapt the UI when we create a new task list for maintenance. For example to takeout some field that will be not used.

The problem is we cannot find the button for Adapt UI, we already check App : Create Task List, Change Task List, and Display Task List.

Any Suggestions?

Please note that App extensibility for maintenance task list is not available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud,public edition.
