Cannot access tiles on Launchpad & Mobile ( SAP Mobile Start )

Hi all,

Please advice, how to solving this?
I cannot accessing tiles on rule SAP_BR_PURCHASER.
But when click tiles, always loading never ending and until timeout.

it's hard to judge based on the given Information.
As it seems like an issue with the SAP Build Work Zone setup I would advise review your setup.
We've got a learning journey available that guides through the setup steps. 

Maybe you could also check your browser console for more hints. As I can see that the Tiles and Dynamic Data on them is working the setup seems to be mostly fine. An issue that could lead to apps just staying blank is that the SAPUI5 version of the connected Backend system is not supported. You could double check by seeing if the version in use is available in the SAPUI5 Version overview. 

If that does not help please open a ticket against the SAP Build Work Zone services component: "EP-WZ".
In this case please provide more information about the issue, maybe screenshots of the browser console or a trace.
