Cannot access F1273 as well as F6748(CBC)

Premise:
Two individuals, A and B, accessed the application, but only B was able to access it.
At this time, A has all the permissions that B has, and also has more permissions than B.
Additionally, no particular restrictions are set for each role.
The timing when the error began: During "Manage Business Role Changes After Upgrade," multiple business roles were viewing the same business role template, and only one was retained while the others were deleted. Users assigned to the deleted roles were reassigned to the remaining business role. This impact is affecting user A more than B.

Question
Some users cannot access CBC apps like  Automatic Account Determination (F1273) and Define Financial Statement Versions in Global Hierarchies (F6748).
Please tell me the possible causes and solutions.

Hi @naoakisaruyama ,

Let me suggest the following approach to isolate the problem.

After taking a note on what roles both Users A and B have, take all of their roles away except role "SAP_BR_AR_ACCOUNTANT_CL" which controls "Define Financial Statement Versions in Global Hierarchies" app. 

Then you compare the behavior of these two users.

When this is clear, you can work the same on "Automatic Account Determination (F1273)" app.

After you figure out what went wrong, then you can reassign those roles back to the users.
