Cancelled PO still showing in Unposted Source Documents

Hi Team,

We have few PO for Company which are cancelled status in the system but still showing "In Process" status in the Unposted Source Documents.
Path: General Ledger -> Source Documents.
We do not need these PO, so we cancelled it and do not want to see it in the Unposted Source Documents screen.
Please look into it. Kindly refer the attachments.

We have checked the affected orders and all are cancelled in the Purchase Orders view. 
When I check the status in General Ledger work center - Unposted Source documents - I see the Relevance Status as Irrelevant. 

When you mark a document as Irrelevant it does not mean that we cancel it, but that it is marked as Irrelevant for Accounting. If you filter with 'Unposted Source Documents', the document will no more appear. The Relevance Status appears as Irrelevant and the Processing Status stays as In Process. This cannot be changed in the system backend.
