Got a forewarning this morning (through notification-service@sap.com) that "The SAPScript and PDF versions of the T4A form and Releve2 / T4A Combo forms will be modified to cater to the 2018 specifications. Delivery planned through SAP Note."

SAP has published the Payroll Canada - Mandatory Base CLCs for Year End 2018 https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/legalchangenotification/detail/GSCBNA-926

It does not have a SAP Note number, and the hyperlinks to CRA and Revenu Quebec still point to 2018 information (no 2019).

This discussion thread is old, and related to the 2018 Canadian Year-End.

Please open a new discussion, confirm that you are talking about T-4 Forms being sent by eMail, and wether you use the old Forms or the new PDF version.

Hello,

When we run the 2018 MRQ XML file, last year's Certification number is still showing in the file. This year, we have newly implemented year end PDF forms, which are displaying correctly. We have all the Adobe forms notes and all relevant year end notes. Among others, we have:

2565041 - YE & ROE: XML Validation Error Location Improvement

2650856 - YE: no search help for the XML schema upload fields

2729869 - TAX: Quebec Legal changes effective January 1, 2019

2730635 - TAX- Corrections to Note 2724791

2697913 - YE: Tax Form and XML changes for tax year 2018

2733304 - TAX- Incorrect Tax Threshold for Quebec Taxation

Has anyone else experienced this issue and if yes, have you been able to fix it?

Hello Elizabeth,

We (the French School Boards of Ontario) do not report to the MRQ, and unless someone provides you with the solution quickly, I would suggest that you log the problem with SAP (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/) and tag it as PY-CA-YE.

In Table T596I-T4 Mapping for T418 we have an B20 entry with wagetype ZE01. But no wage type exist in our system with that name space.

Anyone has this new entry for T418 or RL18?

Hello Jimson,

Please mention on what Release/PatchLevel you are on.

We are on SAP_HR6080059 (SAPKE60859) and I can see only Model WTs BE01 BE02 M580 associated with B20, both for Sub-Applications T418 and T419.

Note that in T512T, in our System, the only Zxxx WTs that exist (other than 2 of our Custom WTs) are for other Countries.

Just got an e-mail from notification-service@sap.com and if I understand correctly their note (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/legalchangenotification/detail/GSCBNA-975), the Planned Release of the Year End Note has been postponed until December 12 !

Will try to get confirmation from SAP.
