Can you disable/change "Line Item Settlement" field on an asset master?

Hi expert

Can you disable/change "Line Item Settlement" field (XOPVW) on an asset master that was created when the class config was incorrectly set to AUC "Line Item Settlement"?

My client has created a large number of assets, while the asset class was incorrectly configured as "AuC with line item settlement".

Is there a way to remove the "X" in XOPVW (Line Item Settlement)?

I think I would create new assets and transfer across the values.
