Can we use BP person created in Quality Notification for Task Header as well as under Item Task

Hi Gurus

Is there possibility to create a person using BP transaction in S4 Hana and use it under Quality Notification process under Header level Tasks as well as Item level task ? 

I tried creating on sample data but system error is shown as below. Kindly share some inputs on the same.

Currently I used PPOC / PPOME to map the group of mail IDs as this is under HR module so checking feasibility to map data created using BP transaction codes.

Yes , its possible. choose the task processor as VW - Person Responsible to get the HR integrated Personal number.
