Can we "Define Screen Layout at Document Level" in S4HANA Public Cloud?

I want to change field selection for purchasing document type in s4hana public cloud.
But not able to find the configuration Define Screen Layout at Document Level in IMG.

Hello @sayooj123 

In S/4HANA Public Cloud, item fields will not display simply because you've created a header field. You need to create and publish the field within the item business context and enable it for the target app UI.

Recommendation:-

Open Custom Fields and Logic (F1481).

Create the field under the item context: Business Context -Transportation Order: Items. Then, save and publish to complete the process.  SAP Help Portal-Creating Custom Fields

In the same field, go to UIs and Reports and enable the field for the Transportation apps you use (for example, Manage Freight Orders. Save. SAP Help Portal-Creating Custom Fields  

Go to the app, open a freight order, navigate to the Items area, and add the column via Table Settings or Adapt UI. Then refresh your browser session. SAP Help Portal-App Extensibility: Freight Order Management (Key User)

If anything is still missing.

Confirm the app supports item-level extensibility. Check App Extensibility: Freight Order Management (Key User). If the item isn’t listed, the page will indicate which parts are extensible. SAP Help Portal

Make sure you didn’t create the field in Transportation Order: Header by mistake. The header and item are in different contexts.

Avoid SAP GUI/Web Dynpro enhancements you may find online; those apply to on-prem/private-cloud TM. In Public Cloud, use the Custom Fields and Logic app only. SAP Help Portal-Creating Custom Fields
