Dear all,
In orde to allow our customer to better understand the logic of integration of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, we would like to link the starter system with the test tenant of CPI.
Has anyone doen this before?
If yes, any particular attention point you want to share?
Thanks for you answers,
Peter

Hi @pvervaecke : I would personally not advise to create integration scenarios with the Starter systems due to the main fact that the Starter systems are time restricted system in your landscape which is decommissioned after 30 days of P system delivery to the customers. So the efforts taken to create the comm arrangements and again dismantle them to connect to the Q system at a later point will create additional burden. Moreover you must first check the scope items which you are using for the integration with the SAP BTP whether they are non-standard or additionally licensed.
Usually most of the integrations are tested in the quality environment in S/4HANA Cloud and have seen it connected to the Integration Suite/CPI of SAP BTP and other cloud or on premise for various scenarios.
You can also reach out to your SAP contacts and the Cloud Operations over the component - XX-S4C-OPR-SRV for checking the feasibility of the integrations with the starter systems. Not all scope items are activated and pre-delivered in your starter system, hence this is a prerequisite activity to perform the due diligence about the scope items activation in Starter Systems with Cloud Operations team.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Saumi
