Can we have custom check box in vendor master data using BADI?

HI Experts

we have requirement where utility vendors provide electricity and water to us and we are telling them that we have already made the payment do not cut down electricity and water by implementing check box in Vendor master data with the help of BADI.

is this possible, if yes please help us with configuration part.
