Can we customize sensitive fields for Vendors and customers?

Hi Experts

we have a requirement that whenever there are changes made to bank account and bank key in vendor master data it is routing for confirmation.

Is there any way we could customize without deleting the sensitive field configuration?

What exactly do you intend to do, you shoud (just) add those fields to the sensitive fields (if Sensitive Data Fields functionality is already active) what do you mean by 'deleting sensitive field configuration'?

Hi

I did not understand your question. If you need to confirm a field after a change is made, you need to have the configuration in place for the same as also explained in the below blog:

Dual Control Functionality in SAP | SAP Blogs

If any field is to be included or excluded from dual control, it needs to be done through an update to this configuration as per standard design.

May be you explain your question in a bit more detail, if you are looking for anything outside this?

we have defined bank key and bank account as sensitive fields, whenever we make changes of bank account or bank key in vendor master data it is giving us warning message as vendor changes not yet confirmed after saving the changes.

so now my question is without deleting the sensitive field configuration, can we prevent the warning message as vendor changes not yet confirmed after making changes in vendor master data and it get approved automatically.
