Hi,
Request clarification before answering.
Hi kumu94
In relation to further investigation of this reported Outlook instance issue, could you please check and make sure that Outlook is set as the default email program on the Operating system and please make sure that programmatic access security is not stopping Business One from accessing the application (trust center).
Also please check and confirm what Office version you are using? Usually when something like this happens, its either a permission issue (mismatch 32/64bit.), or Business One cannot find the Office installation. Also this could happen for instance when Office on the machine has been upgraded and there are still traces from the old installation.
Most of the cases it would be the Office installation. If anything, it would be worth to do a clean installation of Office on one of the machines and then check again.
Kind Regards
Nidhi
