Can´t confirm a warehouse task via RF - Warehouse order X not intended for Y (/SCWM/RF

Hi!

I´m doing test scripts on a client´s demo system (Cloud Public Edition) and I have an issue with Warehouse Inbound Processing with Synchronous Goods Receipt (5HN_PT): I can´t confirm a warehouse task via RF.

When I try to do it system-guided/queue, the error message is the same for the resource SHA1-1 (from the test script) and for the resource SALL-1 (the one that can do anything):
E: Suitable warehouse orders were not found (/SCWM/RF_EN056)
Seems weird because I can see on the Warehouse Monitor that the WO and the queue are assigned to the resource groups SALL and SHA1
 
When I try to do it via HU/WO, the error message is the same for the resource SHA1-1 (from the test script) and for the resource SALL-1 (the one that can do anything):
E: Warehouse order 2000000103 not intended for SHA1-1 (/SCWM/RF_DE047)
E: Warehouse order 2000000103 not intended for SALL-1 (/SCWM/RF_DE047)
 
I ´ve even tried to manually assign the WO to a resource on the Warehouse Monitor, but it gives me the following error message at the status bar: "No suitable warehouse orders were found".
 
Btw, the confirmation via the Fiori app Process Warehouse Tasks is working well.
 
I´ve already done every single thing on settingup for RF mobile devices and also the one for Resources listed on Signavio.
 
Any clue on that?

Hi Marius. Thanks for your replies. A colleague just figured out the missing part. It was on the CBC: Define HY types for each warehouse number and assign HU. The HU type group I´ve created following the settingup instructions wasn't assigned to the Handling Unit Types per Warehouse Number. After that the confirmation of queues via RF is ok. it seems like there are necessary master data missing.

Have you defined a Resource Group and assigned it to the Resources?

In the Resource itself you can only assign one queue. If you have several queues, you need to work with Resource Groups. In the app 'Define Queue Sequence - Resource Group' you then can assign multiple queues to your Resource Group and can define the sequence for the queues.

Yes, I´ve defined Resource Groups and assigned them to the Resources, just as in the Setting Up Mobile RF Devices in Warehousing instructions.

Yes, I tried to assign manually the only existing queue for a resource. Also, following the Configuration for Resource Management on the Help Portal, I´ve defined Queue Types.

Everything else suggested there was already set up with the default configuration provided by SAP.

Still, I´m not able to confirm any task on RF (although it works for packing, posting GR and creating WT).
