I'm trying to create a report of all Sales Quotes submitted this month and am struggling to pull through the right Date to filter by.
We use the Posting Date as the official date the quote was posted to to the client.
However in the "Sales Quote Item and Header" data source, Posting Date does not appear. "Validity From Date" seams to be similar to Posting date, but my colleague just found examples of where they are not the same date. Calendar Date is also not the right date and it's not clear which field this is linked to either. Can anyone help us link in the correct date as this is critical for reporting, to ensure the correct Quotes are attributed to the correct month's sales activities and totals.
Originally we wanted to use the Output date from the PDF, as this is automatically updated when the Quote is sent, but I can't access that date from a Report, so we assumed Posting Date would be easier.
This seams to be a really obvious field to want to report on. When was this Quote sent to the customer, I don't understand why this is difficult!
