Can s/4 public cloud be hosted in any hyperscaler?

For SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, customers may choose the region of deployment for compliance and low latency purposes, see this page in the SAP Trust Center. The choice of hyperscaler - if any - remains within SAP's discretion and is not part of customers' agreement with SAP. 
If the choice of hyperscaler is a point of concern, SAP offers a different product at a different price point where the customer can and must make that decision, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
