Can Rapid FP&A be used with S/4HANA 2022 On-Premise, and how to configure Standard CDS?

Hello Everyone,

I am currently working on implementing Rapid FP&A in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with S/4HANA 2022 On-Premise. The documentation I’ve come across primarily mentions SAP S/4HANA Public & Private Cloud Editions, but I haven’t found clear guidance for S/4HANA On-Premise.

My Key Questions:
Can we use the Rapid FP&A Suite with the 2022 On-Premise version of S/4HANA?
The documentation and resources mention connectivity primarily for cloud editions, and I would like confirmation on whether the suite is compatible with on-premise.
Steps to Configure Standard CDS Views for On-Premise:
I am trying to configure the Standard CDS (for example, GLAccountBalanceFlowQuery found in the SAP_FI_FPA_IM_S4FinancialPlan model) in our on-premise S/4HANA environment.
We are facing issues, such as permissions errors and inability to refresh queries, which seem to be cloud-related setups. However, we are on S/4HANA On-Premise 2022.

I've looked for existing Standard CDS views related to FP&A in our on-premise system, but I haven't found relevant resources specific to on-premise.
Encountered a permission issue with GLAccountBalanceFlowQuery during refresh attempts (attached error).

Can the community help clarify whether the Rapid FP&A suite can be used with S/4HANA On-Premise?
If so, could you guide me through the steps required to configure the relevant Standard CDS views (or build custom ones) for FP&A models on-premise?
Any detailed steps, documentation, or guidance would be highly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for your help.

Dear @Vamsi271,

I'm not familiar with the Rapid FP&A content, but within the Integrated Financial Planning business content, we're using the same OData service.

Our content can be used with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
If you're facing issues with connecting your SAP Analytics Cloud tenant to your OP backend, you might want to have a look into our documentation:

I hope this helps you to solve your issues.

Best regards
Susanne
