Can not select communication languages from list in additional communication language

Hi All,

I select "Vietnamese" languages from the list of available communication languages in business configuration(additional communication language). Then I save successfully. But when I open to additional communication language again it is not selected.

I try to select other languages from the list that there are some languages it not work such as Vietnamese, Albanian, Indonesian etc.

Could you suggest about for me? Thank you.

Dear Jitsupa,

We have tested the scenario in our internal test system and are unable to replicate the reported behaviour. We are able to select from the list of available communication languages and save.

Kindly request you to test again. In case the issue persists, please create an incident so that we can identify the root cause.
