can not re-read production order's PP master data(WM related)

Dear all

I met below problem.

I set up the PP-WM interface, an outbound delivery will be created after I release the production order. But if I delete the outbound delivery(the delivery is not posted), I can't re-read the production order's PP master data,error message:"Transfer requirements have already been generated, so therefore the bill of material cannot be read." .I tried to delete the the components in production order, but failed either.....error message "WM staging has been carried out for component XXXXXX". and I tried to find the TR created for this production order, I use LB11 to trace the TR via material number. failed again, no TR found for this order.

Can advise how to solve this problem? Any setting is wrong?

Hi,

Once the transfer requirements created, system will not allow you to do the read master data for the production order.

Try to change the components qty as 0 for all the components, then system will consider that there will be no transfer requirements. You can do the read master data for the production order. Hope this will help.

Thank you for replying.

I tried what you suggest, but still can not read, the same error message occurred.

Do you know why I can't find the TR created for the order? And someone told me If activate automatic TR & TO creation on production order release, I should change setting of individual/collective indicator in MRP 4 view and check data. but I don't know what should be changed to.
