Please check the connection using gmail account as mentioned in SAP note 3363384 - How To Configure SAP Business One Mailer with Gmail.
Also check logs in %programdata%\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\SAP Business One ServerTools\Job Service.
If still need help, please create incident with above details , using component SBO-BC to investigate issue further by us.
