How can i send automatic mail after creating A/R invoice in sap b1 do i need to create and set the query for that in alerts management. i have done that but it doesn't work for me.

You can send AR Invoice after posting by selecting Email document under Printer Preference-Per Document-AR Invoice.

Yes got to print preference and enable auto email when ever you add an invoice system will ask do you want to send this in Email if you click yes it will send. For this facility you should have SBO mailer service installed on server.
