Can I change the valuation type from the MRP Generated PR in the Handover purchase requisition app?

I have a business requirement for the planner to change the valuation type in the MRP generated PR through the Handover purchase requisition app - Change Purchase requisition.

But  in the system the field is greyed out, is there any standard configuration to help manage this requirement?

Dear Customer, The handover process is for the approval process, the value of field cannot be changed here.
