Yes, you can trigger the Purchase Requisition (PR) release strategy based on the requisitioner field in the PR. To achieve this, you need to maintain a Z-table for all the input fields related to the requisitioner. Additionally, provide a drop-down menu for the requisitioner field. The release strategy will be triggered based on the selected requisitioner. The respective users will be given authorizations only by the authorized requisitioner maintained in the role.
Note that there is no specific object for the transaction code ME51N. Therefore, we have implemented a custom object i.e. ZREQST, to manage this functionality.
