Can Billing Plan be activated for a Service Material in a Sales Contract?

I am working with Scope Item I9I and I see the option to have Billing plan for a Finished good but not for a Service Item. Can that be configured on CBC or why is that not an option?

I see that in scope item Sales Order Processing with Customer Down Payment BKJ the service material can actually have a billing plan, so I am not sure of the reason of not being able to activate it on a Sales Contract.

I found the answear, no the answear is no because the CBC configuration - Assign Item Categories where the Manual Item Category could be entered is greyed out meaning we can not edit it for SERV.
