There are many threads on the subjects, so I would suggest that you do some searches.
To make it simple, in OM you create a Position or Seat (S) in a Building or Office (O). That Position has some characteristics or attributes, such as belonging to a certain Personnel Area/SubArea, being for a certain Employee Group/Sub-Group, based on a certain number of hours of work, etc... Eventually, a Person (P) will be hired to fill that Position.
In PA, when you create an Action to hire an employee, you indicate that the employee will occupy Position 12345678, and the appropriate links are made in IT0001.
