camt.053.001.02 Memo lines extracted from the wrong tab

Hi,

We are importing CAMT-format bank files from Liquidity Management - Inbound Files into our ByDesign test tenant.

I have configured the ERP to accept the "ISO 20022 Account Statement" format. However, the memo lines generated in the bank statement are being extracted from the following tags:

<AcctSvcrRef>ZZ1HXWB80X4EWEZ5X</AcctSvcrRef>

instead of using the memo lines found within these tags:

<RmtInf> <Ustrd>INVOICE 110 2025/20250217</Ustrd> </RmtInf>

Is there a way to configure the system to extract this information from a specific tag?

This issue is causing the loss of important information. We need to be able to configure the system correctly to ensure the memo lines are captured accurately.

Hello Elen,

In most circumstances we would expect -<TxDtls>/--<RmtInf><Ustrd>  - to be parsed as memo-line content in ISO20022 bank statements. This especially would be relevant for the automatic allocation of batch-transactions.
