Call object (maintenance order) not generated after call date passing in the maintenance plan

Hi,

Facing an below issue and expecting your suggestions to solve this issue.

A time-based single cycle maintenance plan (6 Month cycle) was configured with: No strategy, No offset, Shift Factor Early = 0%, Shift Factor Late = 0%, Tolerance = 0%, Completion requirement not tick. offset 0 month. 

Five calls have already been completed from 2023 to 2025, with all calls completed earlier than their scheduled dates by 6–14 days.

The 6th call (due 16.12.2025) has gone into Schedule HOLD, resulting in the error:

IP435 – No maintenance call object exists for planned date.

Hello @Prasenjit91 ,

Can you please show the scheduling parameters screenshot and IP10 scheduling screenshot. You can blurr the equipment id and plant number.
What is the scheduling period for the plan?
I want to see the planned and actual dates in IP10.

Thank you for the reply.

Please refer below images. I run this maintenance plan in IP30 and the call object has generated meanwhile I observed the background job in SE37 had cancelled the background job. this maybe the reason for not generating the call object (I am not sure.). Please provide your suggestion.
