Calculation Utility Rate KPI

Hi SAP Community,

I'm using SAP Business ByDesign and need assistance with creating a KPI for our Utility Rate

I've created a report showing absolute values for Total hours booked on:

• Customer projects
• Marketing projects
• Investment projects
• Cost collector projects

I want to define a KPI that calculates the Utility Rate as: Sum of hours booked on customer projects / Sum of all booked hours

My challenge:

I'm completely lacking an approach for incorporating this calculation into the KPI. How can I set this up in Business ByDesign?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
