CA02 - mass update when more than one Alt BOM

Hi team

I need to update the operation and sequence in Tcode CA02 so I generate a LSMW tool but unfortunately there is one difficulty: more than one Alternative BOM.

When I click on CompAlloc, SAP displays a list of all Alternative BOM existing for the selection.

We can manage this list only with mouse click which LSMW doesn't manage properly.

Scenario I used:

Transaction CA02.

Enter Material / Plant / Group.

Diplay List of Operations.

Click on CompAlloc.

Click on one Alternative BOM -> Here is the problem

Display List of Material Component Overview.

do you have any idea how to solve this issue, since I need to update more than 500 materials.

I resolved the request creating 2 LSMW. one for each alt bom.

Hi,

Learn SECATT it is easier then LSMW and with single recording you can use it for multiple BOM alternatives.
