In SAP Business ByDesign the sales order confirmation is generated in the output processing at sales order level. I would like to add an additional output (custom form) to be generated at the same time.
My objective is to have in the output at sales order:
- sales order confirmation
- sales - custom form
In the form template selection you can define the sequence and org.objects for the selection of the template but it seems the system will only select 1 default output and not 2 simultaneously.
It seems possible to link multiple outputs to a document, see also the example attached at inspection level:
- 3 outputs for 1 document with preview options.
Is this possible through administrator functions? And which settings to adapt to have this simultaneous generation of outputs?
Or should you go via Cloud Application Studio?
