Business partner in SAP S4 Hana 1610

Hi,

I am new to SAP S4HANA and not much versed with Business Partner concept. Have a requirement to create Forwarding Agent/Service Agents in SAP S4HANA. Please provide me step by step procedure to create the Forwarding Agent business partners.

I would also appreciate if any one can share the link or document explaining the Configuration of Business Partner in S4HAHA.

Thanks for the information.

In ECC, we had a different Account group for Vendor and Forwarding Agent (0005). Do we need to use a different Business Partner Role or use the same as Vendor?

Hello Saurabh,

The Acc Group of Vendor would also determine the number range if the Vendor

Similarly the Acc group of the BP will determine the number range of the BP.

If you create BP groups in sync with the Vendor acc groups you would be able to have same number ranges too.

Please refer t-codes BUC2 , BUCF for BP acc group & number ranges.

And then you can map the BP group with the Vendor groups in path below-->

Cross-Application Components–> Master Data Synchronization–>Customer/Vendor Integration –> Business Partner Settings –> Settings for Vendor Integration –> Field Assignment for Vendor Integration–> Assign Keys
