We want to Upload Sales Agents which are created as BP with Roles Vendor into existing BP Customers as partner functions in the S/4 HANA Public Cloud.
We figured out that it does not work with the Migration object Extend Existing BP with new Org Levels, when the Sales org already exists.
How can we mass upload this Partner functions for Customers where the Sales org aleady exists?
I already checked the answers to post
https://answers.sap.com/questions/13255212/is-there-a-way-to-load-business-partner-sales-part.html
but they did not really answered the question which we also have.
Same question we have for any other kind of Partner functions like Employee responsible for example.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Markus
I had the same task with Role customer and I solved it as follows:
transaction
MASS
object Type = KNA1 (for you it's LFA1)
select the column "customer master partner functions" – Table KNVP (for you it's WYT3)
first I created the role with a default entry (only necessary if these do not yet exist)
second I overwrite the content with the correct values
again transaction MASS, object Type = KNA1 (again LFA1)
select the column "customer master partner functions" – Table KNVP (for you it's WYT3)
-> Excel: created a import file in xls (format = text) and copy to clipboard
back in SAP: press the button "import Data from Clipboard"
select: Tab, Checkbox "with Header Line"
Check the column from the importdata to the correct field
And execute.
There are probably better ways, but it was enough for me.
best regards

Thanks Beatrice,
Maybe I should have mentioned I am talking about the S/4 HANA Public Cloud. There are no transactions in the Cloud only Fiori apps. And the old MASS Is not existing there in the form it was in the SAP GUI unfortunately.
There is a Mass Maintenance app for Business Partners(Manage Mass Maintenance Business Partners), but it can online update existing records but not add new ones.
So we need to upload new ones, we are searching for the possibilty on how to.
Best Regards,
Markus
I have tried this solution and it worked as it is. Very Much appreciated for detailed steps Beatrice Mayer
